NSR™ is an advanced delivery technology designed to provide controlled, sustained release of nutritional actives. NSR™ utilizes a pH-triggered protein-polysaccharide coacervation technology designed to protect active ingredients through the gastric environment and release them farther along the gastrointestinal tract.
The technology provides product developers with a new approach to addressing formulation challenges related to ingredient stability, release profile and tolerability. By controlling where and how nutritional actives are released, NSR™ also creates opportunities for brands to differentiate products beyond conventional immediate-release delivery.
